8 Month Old Cat Naps. I have tried to keep her awake longer so she'll fall into a deeper sleep but it doesnt seem to work. My history with the cat napping baby.

8 month old 3 nap schedule. My history with the cat napping baby. But when aliyana was two months old, the length of her naps suddenly started to decrease, maxing out at 30 to 45 minutes. Bedtime routine starts at 6:45pm with bath, snuggles, bottle and in bed by 7:15pm.
