Orange County Pet Adoption. The pet adoption center of orange county connects adoptable pets with loving people and the resources they need to be a family for life. Adoption fees for individuals outside of orange county are $60 for a dog or puppy and $50 for a cat or kitten.

The animals featured on our web page are available for adoption on first come first served basis, with the exception of rare or unique animals, which may be subject to a drawing for the opportunity to adopt. You must come to the center to adopt an animal and refer to the animal's pet identification number when inquiring about a particular pet. Why go to a dog breeder, cat breeder or pet store to buy a dog or buy a cat when you can adopt? Adopt a dog, adopt a cat, spay/neuter program, animal shelter, foster a pet, or join our volunteers by helping out. The orange county animal shelter has many wonderful pets for adoption and some that are available through one of our foster programs.
